As PMC, we provide management advice/guidance to clients in defining scope and interfaces of various agencies. We handle tendering activities, including evaluation and awards. We take full responsibility for coordinating all agencies involved in the project. Depending on the project, responsibilities can include everything from design to completion and handover to the client.
